Zhejiang, China – June 2026 — The construction of VETEK's new manufacturing base has reached another important stage. Following the completion of the main building structure, work has now shifted to the installation of semiconductor-grade cleanroom facilities.

At the project site, interior decoration, ventilation systems, air filtration equipment and utility pipelines are being installed simultaneously. Several areas have already entered the equipment preparation stage.

Cleanroom Work Progressing as Planned

The new facility is designed for the production of semiconductor materials and coating products. Compared with the current factory, the new site will provide more production space and improved process flow management.

The cleanroom area will be used for coating production, precision machining, cleaning, inspection and packaging. Dedicated areas are also being prepared for products with higher purity requirements.

Construction teams are currently carrying out ceiling installation, floor treatment and supporting system integration. Daily work is proceeding according to the project timeline.

Equipment Transfer Expected by Year-End

Preparation for equipment relocation has already started.

Existing production equipment will be moved to the new facility in stages after the cleanroom installation is completed. The relocation plan also includes equipment calibration, trial production and process verification.

Based on the current construction progress, the relocation of major production equipment is expected to be completed before the end of this year.

After the move, VETEK will continue manufacturing products including CVD SiC coatings, TaC coatings, PyC coatings, Solid SiC components and high-purity graphite materials for semiconductor applications.

For the VETEK team, the new factory is not simply a larger building. It is a production platform designed for the next phase of semiconductor material manufacturing, with greater room for process development, equipment expansion and future capacity growth.
