QC & Logistics

We have established a full-process Gatekeeper Inspection system covering Incoming → In-Process → Finished Goods, ensuring products meet the stringent semiconductor-grade requirements for dimensions, purity, surface condition, and consistency.

Three-Level QC Gates:

  • IQC (Incoming Quality Control): Incoming inspection of graphite, SiC and other substrates, including density, impurity content (GDMS analysis), grain size, and thermal properties. Non-conforming raw materials are strictly rejected.
  • IPQC (In-Process Quality Control): 100% monitoring of critical dimensions during CNC precision machining; real-time tracking of critical parameters such as furnace temperature, pressure, and gas flow during CVD deposition.
  • OQC (Outgoing Quality Control): Final dimensional and geometric accuracy inspection by CMM; multi-point film-thickness scanning and uniformity evaluation; coating purity and micro-morphology analysis using SEM, XRD, etc. Each shipment is accompanied by a full CoA report bearing a unique serial number.

Packaging & Logistics:

  • After professional cleaning and ultra-pure water treatment, dual-layer vacuum/nitrogen packaging is performed in a Class 100 clean environment.
  • Customized shock-proof and moisture-proof outer cartons ensure no impact or moisture damage during long-distance international transport.
  • Each product is bound to a unique traceability code supporting full lifecycle data tracing from raw-material batch to finished-goods shipment.

Customer Trust Endorsement (Trustworthiness):

Our full-process traceability system has passed ISO 9001:2015 as well as rigorous on-site audits by globally renowned semiconductor equipment manufacturers. We currently deliver high-precision coated components stably every month to [please fill in number] customers worldwide, totaling [please fill in number] pieces, with zero customer complaints caused by packaging or logistics damage.

FAQ

1. Q: How should I choose between CVD SiC coating and CVD TaC coating?

▼

A: Look at your process temperature and gas-phase corrosion intensity. If the process temperature is below 1000 °C and mainly involves Cl₂/F₂-based etching or conventional epitaxy, choose CVD SiC for the best cost-performance; if the process temperature exceeds 1200 °C and involves strongly corrosive atmospheres (e.g., SiC PVT single-crystal growth), we recommend CVD TaC , which offers superior temperature and corrosion resistance. We can provide a free selection recommendation report based on your specific process parameters.

2. Q: Do you support single-piece / small-batch prototyping? What is the lead time?

▼

A: Yes! For reverse-engineering prototypes, MOQ is 1 piece . For conventional simple parts, from receipt of sample to delivery of the mapped part, the fastest lead time is approximately 10–15 working days ; for parts involving complex coating processes it is approximately 20–25 working days . Contact our engineers for expedited evaluation.

3. Q: What causes CVD coating delamination on graphite parts during use? Can it be solved?

▼

A: 90% of delamination cases are caused by mismatch between the coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) of the graphite substrate and the coating, leading to fatigue peeling under rapid heating/cooling. Our solution: first precisely measure the CTE curve of your original part, then specially adjust substrate density and deposition temperature gradient so that the two CTEs are highly matched. Bond strength can be improved to more than 1.5 times the industry conventional level.

4. Q: Can you provide a CoA (Certificate of Analysis) for the products? What data does it include?

▼

A: Every shipped product comes standard with a unique serial number + full CoA report . The report includes: critical dimension CMM inspection data, multi-point coating thickness distribution map, surface roughness (Ra) values, and material purity (GDMS) analysis conclusions.
