About The Company

Founded in 2016, VeTek Semiconductor（Wuyi Tianyao New Material Technology Co., LTD） is committed to the research, development, and industrial scale-up of advanced semiconductor materials, focusing on key coating technologies and high-purity carbon-based materials for crystal growth, epitaxy, and etching processes. The company was established by a former professor from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, who brought decades of deep academic and industrial experience in advanced materials. Since our inception, we have successfully bridged the gap between underlying mechanism research and full mass production. By 2018, we established our dual R&D platforms—the VeTek R&D Center and the Ningbo YongJiang Laboratory Thermal Field Materials Innovation Center—laying a solid foundation for continuous technical breakthroughs in high-barrier fields.
