From August 31 to September 2, 2026, the 14th Semiconductor Equipment, Core Components and Materials Exhibition (CSEAC 2026) was held in Wuxi, Jiangsu, China. Vetek Semiconductor participated in the event, presenting its advanced semiconductor materials, CVD coating technologies and precision components while engaging with customers, partners and industry professionals from China and overseas.

Among them, SiC- and TaC-coated graphite susceptors, epitaxy components, MOCVD susceptors and SiC crystal-growth thermal-field components attracted particular attention from visitors.

Technical discussions at the Vetek booth went beyond individual product specifications.

Customers and engineers exchanged views on coating lifetime, particle contamination, thermal stress, dimensional stability, susceptor flatness, epitaxial uniformity and resistance to high-temperature corrosive environments.

For epitaxy applications, for example, graphite susceptors must provide not only mechanical wafer support but also stable thermal and flow-field conditions. Pocket geometry, flatness, coating uniformity and material properties can all affect wafer temperature distribution and deposition consistency.


Vetek Semiconductor therefore continues to develop its capabilities from conventional precision component manufacturing toward an integrated model combining material engineering, CNC machining, purification, CVD SiC/TaC coating, quality inspection and process optimization.
