C/C Composite Crucible

Veteksemicon Carbon/Carbon Composite (C/C Composite) is an all-carbon composite material with carbon fiber as the reinforcement and carbon matrix as the core, combining the high strength of carbon fiber and the high temperature resistance of carbon matrix. The material maintains stable performance at high temperatures above 1650°C, with a maximum theoretical temperature resistance of 2600°C. Combined with its special process design and excellent physical properties, the material is capable of maintaining excellent structural stability under extreme thermal and mechanical stress, making it an excellent choice for high-temperature thermal field systems in the semiconductor and photovoltaic fields.

Core Performance Advantages

● High Temperature Resistance: It can work stably at 1800℃-2000℃ for a long time, with excellent thermal shock resistance, avoiding the problem of deformation or cracking of traditional graphite materials at high temperature.

● Excellent mechanical properties: Flexural strength is more than 150MPa (far more than 38-60MPa of graphite), high toughness, not easy to break, to meet the load bearing requirements of large-size parts.

● Optimized thermal performance: 

Low thermal conductivity (<30W/(m-K)), reducing the energy consumption of the thermal field system;

Small coefficient of thermal expansion, high dimensional stability, reducing deformation caused by high temperature thermal shock.
