VETEK have developed our carbon fiber soft felt using a combination of precision carding and air-jet technology. we can guarantee a highly uniform fiber structure throughout the material. It’s built to withstand the intense heat of industrial furnaces while remaining incredibly lightweight. By such low thermal mass and a flexible texture, it’s easy to install and fits snugly into furnace corners, helping maximize energy efficiency in every cycle.

  • High Purity: High-purity grades with ash content kept below 20 ppm, to prevent contamination during the growth of sensitive semiconductors.
  • Thermal Efficiency: Low thermal conductivity of 0.1-0.13 W/(m*k) at 25°C maintains stable temperature gradients and reduces energy loss.
  • Heat Resistance: Reliable stability even in environments exceeding 2200°C.
  • Structural Integrity: Our air-jet forming process keeps fibers even. This prevents the hotspots and material fatigue that often disrupt long growth cycles.
